How Easy Returns Work
Seller fulfilled items need to be returned directly to the seller and not to SHOPKARO. The seller will specify the return address and mailing instructions. For more information about returns and refunds for seller fulfilled orders, click here.
Sellers are committed to sell only genuine products to customers on SHOPKARO. All sellers listing their products on SHOPKARO are required to enter an agreement to list and sell only genuine products.

What can I return?
You may request returns for most items you buy from sellers listed on SHOPKARO that are within the return window, except those that are explicitly identified as not returnable on the product detail page and/or SHOPKARO Returns Policy. Items are returnable if you’ve received them in a condition that is physically damaged, has missing parts or accessories, defective or different from its description on the product detail page on SHOPKARO.
SHOPKARO Refund Policy
Once we receive your return or the seller notifies us of receipt of return, as the case may be, a refund is issued to the original payment method (in case of pre-paid transactions) or to your bank account.
